It consists in the inclusion in projects for the construction of automatic machines and industrial vision systems, with tutors and the possibility of installation and start-up experiences of the systems created directly at the Company’s customers. The focus of the job is to develop a specific competence on programming of control systems via PLC – realization of HMI control interfaces – Machine vision systems – Plan or program the work – Supervise the activities of realization of the projects.

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
  • According to the project feasibility analysis, work with pre-sales engineers to help customers select the product, complete the preliminary plan of the program, prepare the quotations, and sign preliminary contracts
  • Try every possible way to achieve individual & team objectives

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ sales experience, successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
