Metapack supplies Vericode TTF-X range of machines, for the in-line customization of erected cartons. INCI, variable/fixed text, codes, logos and nuance, traceability codes can be printed, in any orientation, on two adjacent panels, thanks to a DOD-UV integrated printer.
Vericode TTF-X machine is a radical innovation in cosmetic and pharmaceutical packaging. The printing group is equipped with two jetters able to print two adjacent panels of the filled cartons, in line.
DOD-UV direct print preserves the integrity of the packages without introducing discontinuities on the cromatic aspects of the packaging. The result is a very high-quality digital print that eliminates the need of adding adhesive label.
A great saving in consumables and much improved feel&touch look, make this technology revolutionary in the world of secondary packaging, not to mention the very well-known resistance of the DOD-UV inks to abrasions and humidity.
