Metapack supplies Vericode Print & Labeling machine for the in-line labeling of BFS packages easy to integrate to existing production lines.
Variable data and other information can be printed on the labels on-board the labeler, before the application. A Thermal Transfer printer is usually suitable. Thanks to the stable transport system and a positive application device, the machine guarantees a precise label placement, even with small labels.
A configurable print quality inspection system allows to inspect 100% of the BFS; the relative rejection station rejects the non-compliant products, in line.
The Touch Screen control panel can manage all machine process, Print/Inspect in one user-friendly HMI.
