DigiPro Label is a digital DOD UV printing machine designed to print on pre-cut roll-fed material and adhesive labels and to feed it in-line to the labeler so to overcome the usual problems of inefficiency associated with lower-quality printing systems installed on-board the labeling machine. Compact and ergonomic free-standing unit, it seamlessly integrates with existing labellers by feeding them with trouble-free printed label: the labeler gains in efficiency and the printing process improves in quality.
The exclusive transport mechanism reacts automatically to changing speeds or intervals of the labeler and buffers printed labels.
The innovative DOD-UV printing group guarantees even at high production speeds ( up to 1200 labels/minutes) and accurate high-quality print which in resistant to wear and solvents.
Two unwinders with integrated splice function allow an almost uninterrupted production.
