The machine is designed with as exclusive transport system, vacuum based, which guarantees the blisters are precisely conveyed flat during the printing process, with the entire blister surface exposed to the printing group, edges included.
The machine includes a line-scan camera, assuring for 100% inspection (OCR/OCV, ID and print quality control). A dedicated illumination system assures for no reflections generated by the aluminium surfaces.
The good blisters are deposed on a conveyor that allows for being easily collected manually (late-stage operations) or delivered automatically downstream the production line.
