Requirements for variable data are already set in the pharmaceutical production sites. The need for printing more data and codes is expected along with new regulations requiring the identification of each dose in the various pharmaceutical packaging forms.
Metapack has developed a specific competence in integrating digital printing & Inspection solutions on board packaging machines such as ALU-ALU Strip, Sachet and BLISTER packaging machines.
Based either on TIJ or DOD UV technology, we have ready-to-install solutions to be integrated on board existing machines.
Multi-track printing is possible, especially for large foil widths and thanks to encoder-based printing technologies, registration on foil pockets or pre-printed is guaranteed. Virtually any pharma packaging foil can be printed, regardless if TYVEK, PET, ALU and so on.
